Tennessee is gorgeous! I just wish the trees had leaves on them still. We stayed in a small town called Ashland city. I love little towns like this, makes me want to live in the country. The picture is from the backyard.

Purring our trip to Tennessee we took a tour of the Jack Daniel’s distillery. This is the river they use to make Jack Daniel’s. It was an interesting tour, but no pictures. I’ll never forget the smells from that place.

Drove my new car to Tennessee and its rained every day.

I made Cranberry bars from scratch. Cooking soothes my soul… However, picking out one pound of the perfect cranberries is a pain in the ass when you start with three pounds of cranberries. I’m glad I took the time to learn how to make something new!

I’m must say, I make some amazing vegetarian tacos!

Ryan and I had a long stressful weekend and ended it with some drinks.
